酒店位於第三郡，屬於商務型的，服務人員都很禮貌，半夜抵達也是耐心接待～ 酒店的空調真的很強勁，房間雖然不大但是很乾凈！ 最愛酒店的早餐～品類很豐富，並且咖啡製作也很有質量～酒店的早餐真的很好，粉類是我的最愛！

洗臉池下水如此糟糕是我萬萬沒想到的，位置還行，早餐一般，好一點快捷酒店的味道，沒有會中文的前台，溝通靠翻譯軟件

Convenient location and the hotel staff are helpful. Breakfast is good with many choices, specially you can order cappuccino for free. My room is new and big. Sound proof is ok, I actually don’t hear any noise when I am in the room.

除了貴沒啥問題，但是這裡連wifi居然要開會員很可怕！！！！！！！！！！ 下次應該不會再來了，加點錢可以住更頂的酒店！！！！！！！！！！！！

Being a business traveller; it was my 1st time to be given a disabled room. The whole layout is customised to special needs and definitely not for business traveller. Hotel staff should be tactful and ask the guest before allocation. Upon discovering myself since I am not new to Novotel saigon, I requested for a room change. However, staff asked me if I had used the room. If I had, change is not permitted. To make it even memorable, they start to charge when I asked for more water. Their complementary water are delivered in glass bottle (recycleable) and it wasnt even plastic bottle.

The hotel appeared tired from all these years of operation. An upgrade to the whole building is definitely needed. There’s a kind of old smell through out the hotel. Not likely to stay there again until changes are done.

處於胡志明的三軍事中心位置比較便利，然後酒店環境也是非常非常好的，裡面的服務也比較好，設施也比較好，值得選擇
